About the company:

  • nGrow Inc. brings benefits of modern machine learning solutions to push notifications marketing. Product focus is apps LTV and Retention increasing. AI push notification can be installed 0-code or low-code way, which makes nGrow step further compared to other push marketing tools.
  • That new type of mobile lifecycle marketing from ngrow.ai gives from 10% to 30% LTV/ARPU for wide app verticals
  • We grew fast till 30M users processed per day, now we have to scale twice faster! So our operations processes should become more efficient and we expect CSM will lead that transformation
  • We are looking for a Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Working on retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs; goals; KPIs and helping them succeed
  • Running onboarding sessions and building long-term relationships
  • Analysing key Customer Success metrics and tracking the overall health of customer's accounts
  • Collaborating closely with the team, securing renewals and contributing to expansion opportunities
  • Partnering with the CEO and CTO to set up or shape ngrow.ai product for customers.
  • Maintaining a constant feedback loop from customers to the team
  • Sharing insights and best practices to customers to ensure that they get the most out of nGrow product
  • Paying attention to our customers’ wins and achievements to transform their successes into case studies
  • Helping CEO, CTO and team to shape the evolution of the product by bringing in the voice of the customer

Qualifications

  • Experience in mobile marketing/analytics
  • Proven track record in a customer-facing role, driving success with SME customers
  • 2-5 years of work experience in customer-facing roles for technology companies with at least 2 years of experience in SaaS account management
  • Knowledge of Customer Success best practices. Experience working in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Success technologies is helpful
  • Fluent or advanced in English required
