You are a perfect fit if you:

• can find ideas for new videos that will win over millions of viewers around the world;
• know YouTube principles/trends or are eager to learn;
• understand the target audience (kids under 5 years old);
• have experience in animation and/or video shooting of 6 months or more;
• are able to manage the team remotely or have potential to improve this skill;
• know English at an Intermediate level or higher;
• are a confident PC user and have digital agility to master new programs and platforms quickly.

Additionally:

• experience with 3D production.

Responsibilities:

• seek out and implement new ideas for YouTube videos;
• monitor all content production stages, employees, and those who complete our tasks (3D Animation);
• take part in scriptwriting, video editing, and creating videos themselves;
• come up with a strategy for the channel’s development to ensure rapid profitability;
• collaborate, motivate and develop the team;
• hire new team members;
• publish and promote videos on YouTube;
• to directly respond to a job through Linkedin, you need a VPN.
