Job Responsibilities
- Strategic and Commercial
- Play the lead role in designing and developing a holistic agency and ecosystem business partnership model, including commercial terms, engagement model and innovation programs across the region
- Build and shape the vision, strategic approach and local coordination for Global Agencies
- Develop and maintain successful C-level relationships with agencies leaders to expand TikTok's presence, educate and inform on the power of TikTok's platform
- Drive adoption of TikTok's business and marketing solutions through building strategic partnerships with Global Agencies and their clients to foster business growth
- Deliver strong sales growth by activating new clients and scaling the business of existing clients
- Build and implement long term partnership programs across all possible aspects - commercial, creative, marketing, tech and other
- Lead XFN communication to deliver excellent product solutions for boosting the business
- Lead analysis and problem solving, providing prompt and excellent solutions and client service to foster relationships
- Collect feedback and market trends to ensure they are implemented in the best way to deliver best sales results
- Team management
- Responsible for leading a high growth/high performance team, including talent development, organizational change and performance management, and develop best practices to maintain a healthy organization
- Enhance effectiveness of the team by adapting new approach suggestions and opportunities
- Design the team structure, roles & responsibilities
- Lead the team members to achieve their own business and performance target, including sales
- Cross functional collaboration
- Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g direct sales teams, marketing, operations and legal
- Co-lead the work with key account direct sales team on client servicing and enablement via the agency and ecosystem partners
- Work with business marketing team on B2B marketing activities for agency and ecosystem partners
- Work with product team on feedback and suggestions of agency-oriented ads solutions systems and tools
- Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of long term business growth plans
Qualifications
- Proved experience of successful work with Global Agencies on the C-Level, excellent knowledge of Global Agencies structure, and key people
- Great knowledge of the local advertising media market and social media platforms, main participants and specifics
- 15+ years of marketing, agency development and/or management consulting experience across EE market
- Experience in digital strategy and media, innovation agendas, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and/or media and marketing technologies
- Strong executive network across Global Agencies and ecosystem landscape, with solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem and developing trends
- A track record of thoughtful risk-taking, challenges the status quo and confidently drives innovation and change for maximum impact on clients and the org
- Strong management experience and skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence people not directly reporting to you
- Able to prioritize and help teams focus on the most impactful opportunities
- Skilled storyteller with exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights and tech trends into value-add programs for agency and ecosystem partners
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and program management approach
- English proficiency is mandatory
- Bachelor Degree strongly preferred, Master's Degree a plus
