Accountabilities
- Improving the presence of our brands via Developing joint business plans and creating strong relationships with KAs to deliver Volume, Distribution, Visibility & Share objectives
- Work closely with WG&S Distributor in Russia to ensure efficient co-operation and driving share of voice with their Key Accounts team and successful deployment of WG&S in-store strategies with Key retailers
- Sell New Initiatives both to distributor & customer to ensure listing and customer support.
- Sell effective Promo calendar to meet or exceed Display/ Feature/ Recommended Retail Sales Price objectives.
- Sell Efficient Assortment and Shelf Placement that meets or exceeds category objectives and delivers best in class share results.
- Sell category management and specific brand activation and engagement programmes to get most effective commercial result in key customers
- Deliver consistent commercial & financial business result via Route to Consumer based business decisions and Net Revenue Management approach implementation.
- Manage all details related to the day-to-day business (i.e., Volume forecasting, investment tracking, admin. issues, etc.)
- Deliver superior in-store presence (including additional placements) in all sales fundamentals by providing tools, information, etc. to the customer and the distributor’s merchandising teams
- Jointly development of Co-Marketing concepts and plans together with trade marketing manager and other marketing team
- Use shopper and other data to better understand the customers’ business and successful negotiations
- Drive category development by increasing category share within the market
- Develop personal capability and coach others in your area(s) of expertise, to drive business results and build the organization's capability
- A VPN is required to respond to a vacancy
