What will you actually be doing
- Identify and close new sales opportunities with existing customers, as well as obtaining new logos.
- Drive the entire sales process, from discovery meetings and proof of concepts, until closing.
- Interface with the executive team of the target organizations, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, CSOs, and other IT Decision Makers.
- Support current Gartner clients to ensure they receive strategic insights and value from Gartner research and analysts.
- Manage sales activities including monthly and quarterly forecasting of sales.
- Exceed yearly quotas.
- Collaborate daily mostly in English with Gartner local and international cross-functional teams, senior management, and corporate counsel from initial proposal to signed contracts.
What should you bring to the table
- Consistent Overachievement in a direct sales role in a high-tech or information-service oriented company.
- Ultimate motivation to do your best and with integrity, every day
- Natural Sense of urgency and love of change to work in a fast-paced sales cycle and dynamic environment.
- High curiosity, quick-learning agility, and openness to feedback. You love learning and view challenges as opportunities.
- Great listening and impactful questions with no assumptions to partner effectively with C-level to understand the issues they face.
- Evidence of exceptional commitment to a process-driven sales approach with focus on client value, and accurately tracking and forecasting all customer engagement and account management activity.
- Excellent verbal and written Russian and English communication and presentation skills.
