Требования
- Native level of Russian and full fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least two years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Eligible to work in Moscow, Russia.
- Knowledge of using Hubspot or other CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Has a solid track record in advanced enterprise sales with proven performance.
- Forward-looking, flexible, creative, and proactive.
- Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit with a solid new business (Hunter) DNA.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Задачи
- Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline.
- Close businesses to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals.
- Partner with the product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to provide greater value to customers.
- Partner with the marketing team to execute prospecting strategies.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all potential and existing clients through solid account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deals.
- Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and manage client information in the CRM.
- Grow the team as we scale.
