Требования

  • Native level of Russian and full fluency in English, written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least two years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Eligible to work in Moscow, Russia.
  • Knowledge of using Hubspot or other CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Has a solid track record in advanced enterprise sales with proven performance.
  • Forward-looking, flexible, creative, and proactive.
  • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit with a solid new business (Hunter) DNA.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Задачи

  • Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline.
  • Close businesses to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals.
  • Partner with the product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to provide greater value to customers.
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all potential and existing clients through solid account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deals.
  • Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and manage client information in the CRM.
  • Grow the team as we scale.
