About the role:
- We are looking for a strong CRM manager to build the best communication strategy for FINOM users. Someone with sharp marketing skills, strong analytical judgement and the ability to manage simultaneous projects within a rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing customers on every stage of their lifecycle: welcome program, activation, development, churn prevention
- Segmenting customer base and generating hypotheses together with Analyst
- Launching from “zero” and continuous optimization omni-channel communication scenarios
- Improving post-campaign analytics and dashboards
- Working closely with the Product team to better understand product features and customer journeys
- Collaborates with IT team to develop CDP functionality, new channels integration and data flows
Skills:
- Fluency in both written and oral English
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing
- Advanced user of CRM/CDP platforms (Exponea is a plus)
- Experience working with omni channel communications, personalized non-public offers and AB-testing
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Data driven approach for decision making
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or Information Technology
- Act with a "start up" mentality, with a clear focus on striving for improvements
