Head of Retail

Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to developing company strategy for CIS
• Drive overall retail performance in stores by implementing best retail practices
• Achieve all key financial KPIs: Net sales , Profit margin, Contribution
• Ensure Russian, European and Global best practices are implemented in the region
• Manage a team of 7-10 District Operation Managers in the region
• Initiating changes in all processes to achieve business performance
• Lead people with a focus on high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of team members

Knowledge Skills And Abilities

• Strong experience in managing sales organizations and driving sales directly and indirectly
• Customer service focus
• Experience in business planning and management projects analysis and implementation, business processes applications thorough knowledge of sales/distribution processes and applied selling/commercial skills
• Readiness to stand the pressure, problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Strong cross-functional experience, across retail, marketing, HR, visual merchandising, finance
• Excellent entrepreneurial skills
• People-oriented management approach
• Extensive experience of successfully operating in the multi-cultural organization
• The high degree of personal drive, energy & results orientation
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor in related field required
• Minimum of five years of experience in people management
• Passion for sport
