Data Analyst Team Lead (in Israel)

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor a high-quality data analysts team to support the business growth
• Proactively seek & spot audience growth opportunities aligned with the business strategy and core KPIs 
• Initiate & Manage cutting-edge marketing analytics projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured and automated solutions
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts and analysis implications to senior leaders, and influence cross-functional teams to improve performance
• Recommend & Create reporting dashboards, data models, and real-time alerts
• Translate data into stories to drive change and inspire action 
• Partner with other departments (i.e. Management, Finance, Product) and Analytics teams to support decision making and growth
• Share expertise and best practices within analytical functions to develop a shared center of excellence

Requirements

• 6+ years of practical analytics experience in big data businesses (preferable – B2C company) 
• 3+ years experience of managing a team of analysts
• Strong understanding of statistical significance; Hands-on experience with ML algorithms; Technical skills in SQL, Python / R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, Looker, etc
• Can easily balance the big picture and the details 
• An ability to communicate complex findings to key stakeholders in a clear, simple way
• Self-learner, multi-tasker, able to work independently, highly organized, proactive & problem-solver
• BSc degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or any other quantitative field
• Experience with deep analysis of customer behavior for large datasets
• Knowledge of basic marketing terms, funnel conversion, churn analysis, CRM, and user acquisition activities
