Key responsibilities:
- Be the product and customer expert within the organization; own all product positioning and messaging based on your understanding of target customer needs and triggers
- Create sales and client-facing materials to support product knowledge and accelerate adoption, including product FAQs, case studies, documentation, and how-tos
- Develop and oversee go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases; including internal/external communications, training, and promotional support
- Oversee internal training for client success and sales teams for the products you support
- Gather, distill and share customer and seller feedback, along with market and competitive intelligence, with product teams to influence product roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, or other relevant field of study
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years spent in a market-facing role, preferably serving customers in the digital advertising space
- Intimate knowledge of digital advertising, ad tech, or the programmatic ecosystem is a plus; Agency or 3rd-Party data experience a major plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product messages
- Ability to aggregate multiple sources of data, research and information and consolidating that into business cases for new products and solutions
- Strong project management skills
