IT - Analyst (Digital labeling)

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Understand business needs, define requirements, propose efficient solution.
• Run and build a flexible, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts
• Drive communication and co-ordination for the success of the problem and provide status reports on a regular basis.
• Monitor and measure results and provide constructive feedback
• Resolve complex related issues by analyzing, identifying and facilitating the emergence of solutions leading to efficient resolution.
• All incoming requests registering, analyze and prioritizing
• Readdressing, registering and status monitoring with CRPT/Inexto/iMark
• Delay and risks escalation
• Ensure sustainable process for ticket resolution
• Escalation matrix execution

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• University degree / Masters in computer science or equivalent
• Sound experience in delivering and supporting system solutions in large and international company • Excellent understanding of key IT delivery processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Database - MS SQL, Queries, Reporting
• Electronic Workflow ("ЭДО") basics
• MES systems basics will be an advantage
• ERP systems basics, SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• "MS SQL Server" administration basics will be an advantage
• Power Shell scripting basics will be an advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
