What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of Account Managers, have a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment
  • Develops and guides the team to provide prompt and efficient support service to clients
  • Actively monitors, tracks, and drives performance metrics across the team including productivity, issue resolution, and clients delight
  • Build a trustworthy relationship with clients
  • Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion, troubleshooting
  • Take care of Customer Payments and development
  • Your main metrics will be client retention and churn

  • Experience successfully leading and developing team
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving targets
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Understanding of clients needs and no-code trends
