What You'll Do
- Manage a team of Account Managers, have a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment
- Develops and guides the team to provide prompt and efficient support service to clients
- Actively monitors, tracks, and drives performance metrics across the team including productivity, issue resolution, and clients delight
- Build a trustworthy relationship with clients
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion, troubleshooting
- Take care of Customer Payments and development
- Your main metrics will be client retention and churn
What You'll Bring
- Experience successfully leading and developing team
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving targets
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced English
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Understanding of clients needs and no-code trends
