FP&A Analyst (Marketing and Supply Chain)

What You Can Expect

• Partner various business stakeholders (predominantly from marketing and supply chain), providing a financial lens for every aspect of business decision making, playing a key role in driving performance in a commercially sustainable way.
• Play a key role in executing company’s strategic brand and supply chain objectives translating them into the short, medium and long term financial and non-financial targets and KPIs.
• Monitor the delivery of financial and non-financial KPIs and suggest relevant preventive and corrective actions when appropriate.
• Drive improved understanding of business performance by marketing and supply chain teams.
• Create insightful, business critical analysis and recommendations on brand performance and growth plans as well as optimal supply chain operations
• Support the business and contribute to the decision making on consumer pricing strategies, tender processes and negotiations with partners.
• Deliver insightful analysis of marketing activities continuously improving spend effectiveness and optimizing ROI, cost per reach and other relevant KPIs.
• Support the function with timely and relevant budget management, period end reporting, accrual and provision management and other baseline finance activities
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results
• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
• Collaborate with Accounting Function to ensure efficient operation of financial processes and timely delivery of accurate high quality financial information
• Act as a benchmark for self-development
• Interpret and analyze financial performance and offer recommendations on how to drive increased value using your influencing skills.
• Get involved into cross-functional finance development initiatives, for example the Finance for Non-Finance or relationships with external bodies.

What You Bring To The Table

• University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
• Several years of experience with exposure to finance business partnering, having supported various commercial stakeholders
• Experience of working in a product led sector involving a fast-moving supply chain, i.e., FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or similar
• Business partnering, communication and negotiation skills
• High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Russia and English
