Areas That Play To Your Strengths:

  • Social Opinion Leader program:
  • Identify and establish a strong portfolio of key influencers to work in long term basic on various projects and programs within the World of Red Bull and secure a perfect communication about the brand and the product.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Effectively manage campaigns to a high standard, communicating with social influencers and platform partners, as well as internal communications, i.e. with the Creative, Content & Digital, and Paid Media teams.
  • Quality Control and Return on Investment:
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
  • Evaluating the results and outcome/impact of all activities. Documenting all activities in comprehensive way and create case studies where applicable.
  • Surveying the proper appearance of Red Bull in all areas of entertainment/sport/culture and business. Ensuring a qualitative approach and evaluation of all opinion leader activities.
  • Budget responsibility of the total national SOL Marketing budget.
  • People and Knowledge Management:
  • Coach and educate the Field Marketing, Sport & Culture teams. Secure the top-quality implementation of the SOL program in the field. Guide and motivate the team for delivering innovative projects.
  • Work closely with Communications and Brand department in constant alignment on all key measurements and activities. Identifies Best Practice examples and develops case studies in combination with Red Bull International for the field.

Your Experience:

  • Proven work experience within social media, expertise in managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Ability to deliver creative content ideas.
  • Strong management skills, working with a team of specialists, leading external agencies/freelances.
  • Creative and innovative mind set, open for new things.
  • Well-connected in different scenes and environments – good networker.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Multitasking and analytics skills.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies Commercially and creatively minded.
