Responsibilities:
- manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients, achieving strategic growth KPIs in the region/country;
- develop and execute strategic pipeline plans to generate new business and grow the client portfolio in the region;
- actively foster and manage sales to new clients, achieving growth KPIs;
- lead pitch creation efforts for assigned accounts, negotiate and close deals with VP and C-level executives and decision makers;
- manage regular account review meetings, reporting, and customer discussions with assigned accounts;
- develop the optimum product configuration to deliver maximum value to clients while understanding their business needs;
- work with pre-sales, professional services, customer success, and other internal stakeholders to ensure maximum value for the client.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales selling software solutions to large enterprises with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing customer accounts;
- experience in retail/e-commerce (strongly preferred);
- experience selling in an early stage environment (strongly preferred);
- strong understanding of the market specifics inherent to doing business;
- experience selling to and managing relationships with VP and C-level executives;
- ability to demonstrate products and explain concepts to a business and technical audience with a proven capability of translating complex technologies for different target groups;
- ability to configure product offerings based on the client’s business needs, prioritizing product modules to deliver maximum value;
- critical problem-solving skills that let you work with internal and customer teams to arrive at optimal outcomes;
- strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- effective organization and time-management skills, self-motivation in an independent, fast-paced work environment;
- fluency in English and the local language;
