Market Insight Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high quality analytical support, generate data insights and recommendation to enable Company or Nosology Marketing strategy development
• Regular reports update for overall and nosology performance tracking
• Incorporate relevant assumptions and inputs from all the departments (Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Commercial) in regular market/nosology updates
• Utilize internal and external BI sources to reveal new business insights, scan and combine available data sources for advanced analysis purpose
• Cooperate with Data strategy team for BI reporting development
• Activate data driven methods including analysis of HCPs omnichannel and digital behavior to generate valuable insights and detect the quick wins in customer engagement improvement
• Activate and orchestrate statistical studies execution (based on electronic health records, registry data, etc.)
• Manage the agencies providing market data in efficient way
• Identify new opportunities based on market data insights, provide input for company business development initiatives
• Improve our Business Plan, Long Range Plan excellence in figures
• Contribute to strategic and operational business planning cycle

Key requirements:

• Economics/stats/finance/pharmaceutical/medical/biostatistics/marketing
• 3+ years of BI or marketing research experience in the pharmaceutical area
• Experience in market and product performance analysis
• Experience of working in cross-functional teams
• Basics of primary and secondary research, market analysis techniques
• Fluent Excel and PowerPoint user
• Advanced data analysis methods and tools, competitive intelligence knowledge, IQVIA database experience, experience in conducting statistical / registry studies in healthcare are all advantages
