Talent Development & Training Programs Manager

We expect that the future candidate will be able to:

  • To ensure the development of functional skills and personal competencies of employees by developing, developing and implementing high-quality training programs and new methods and methods of development within the approved budget.
  • To ensure the management of the company's talents and the retention of key employees in the organization through employee performance management, career growth and succession planning, using new methods and methods of development and high-quality training programs within the approved budget, in a cost-effective way, in accordance with the requirements and needs of the business.
  • Analyze and identify development needs and gaps in functional skills of employees based on annual certification data.
  • Develop, update, implement and conduct training programs (seminars, coaching sessions, follow-up programs, consultations, development centers, etc.) for employees based on certain gaps in functional skills and development needs to increase their overall productivity, confirm their knowledge and achieve business goals.
  • Analyze the quality and effectiveness of the training programs provided and make recommendations on improving the quality of training programs and choosing the most effective methods and techniques of development.
  • Analyze the operational objectives of the business, conduct internal surveys, determine the set of functional skills for permanent positions and recommend working standards, as well as training and development guidelines for them.
  • Develop training and development policies and procedures
  • Monitor current and analyze planned and actual expenditures of the Research and Development Department for previous years, as well as coordinate the preparation and presentation of the budget of the Research and Development Department for the next 1-3 years on an annual basis.
  • Analyze high potential employees’ and succession pool employees’ skills, experience and knowledge gaps and suggest necessary tools (external training, temporary assignments, on-the-job training, etc.) to meet business needs and company’s requirements.
  • To provide necessary tools (external training, temporary assignments, on-the-job training, etc.) for high potential employees’ and succession pool employees’ to improve their overall performance and create additional job motivation as well as plan next career move.
  • To make suggestions and changes to the existing corporate and local Training & Development policy, especially regarding Talent Management guidelines.
  • To coordinate and support Performance Management, Career Development and Succession Planning processes in the organization, analyze data and make recommendations to improve company and employees’ work efficiency and ensure key personnel retention.
  • To provide E-learning tool including best practices library for company’s employees in line with agreed by Line Managers and HR Department individual training and development plans and existing T&D policy, analyze its efficiency and suggest changes if necessary.
  • To coordinate and support company’s national motivational program implementation, analyze results and suggest changes if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education.
  • Relevant experience of at least 5 years in international companies.
  • Experience in developing and conducting trainings/training programs for the company.
  • Effective communication and cooperation skills.
  • Structuring and organization.
  • The ability to achieve the final result.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experienced MS Office user
  • Confident command of spoken and written English.
