Associate (Corporate Development)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Industry and peer company research and benchmarking to generate strategic insights and recommendations that may influence OZON strategy, operations and business plan
• Financial modelling for the purposes of long-term strategic business plan
• Preparation of financial analysis and presentation materials both for internal discussions and for C-level management

Requirements:

• 1-3 years (Analyst), 3-5 years (Associate) of relevant work experience in IB / PE / Management Consulting / Big 4 (strategy, corporate finance) or corporate finance / corporate development / strategy divisions of corporates
• Experience with global ecommerce and tech industries is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting (including IFRS16), experience with in-depth financial models
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure; strong work ethic
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Robust Excel and PowerPoint experience
