What You Can Expect:

  • Owning, Handling ng, and Controlling Sales employees lifecycle documentation whether paperwork and/or digital following the law and Corporate standards and in full.
  • Makes sure all systems are set up, data integrity is not compromised, performs regular audits and fixes discovered discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Ensures all changes related to employee lifecycle events are reflected accordingly.
  • Handling a pool of suppliers, related to the Salesforce in the competitive shape from pitch to closing documents, making sure services provided are of top quality and at the best price versus the market.
  • Holds regular revisions of the pool and negotiates better terms and conditions for supply. Analyses market practices in the areas of responsibility and suggests appropriate adjustments back to the organization.
  • Regularly provides current employer costs data and required HR reports and analytics to HR Leaders and Sales Leaders.
  • Is responsible for implementation and up to date of the Sales stream in the HR systems, technical support, and optimal education of B-F Russia employees.
  • In liaison with Global /Regional Center of Expertise and Functional HRBPs, acts as a local HR Center of Excellence (Payroll Management, Performance Management, Work Day/HRS) which includes providing B-F and local market expertise to local HR/People strategy formulation and leading consistent execution and continuous improvement in Russia.
  • Supports Global and local HR projects and initiatives support HR Leaders with a variety of disciplines ad hoc and on-demand.
  • Contributes to the hiring by leveraging the support of the Talent Acquisition function via local tools, monitoring and facilitating all needed recruitment processes in HRIS.
  • Supports via working with data reports for the yearly execution of global business performance cycles within their teams, such as the Performance and Growth Planning (PGP) cycle, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Engagement and Enabling Survey, SGA planning in the area of people matters, etc.
  • As a member of the Eurasia/IMENA HR community, they actively collaborate in local initiatives, such as Diversity and Inclusion activities, Great Place to Work certification, employee integration activities, etc.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • College (Associate, BA/BS or Equivalent); Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related areas.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as a Generalist/HR Admin.
  • Perfect knowledge of local Labor Law, Payroll, and HRIS and know how to use it in practice.
  • Experience and Knowledge in the HR-Tech/HR-Digital/Gamification of HR.
