Key Performance Areas

  • Coordinating the tasks performed by CRM Key User network, establishing a strong CRM Key User network in SA Russia & CIS, creating and administering a training framework for the CRM Key User network, and following through on completing training based on the identified requirements in each area.
  • Developing and launching a CRM Key User guideline that contains information on the CRM Key User role and the expectations of that role (including requirement on time spent on Key User activities).
  • Communication with the CRM Key User network through appropriate media.
  • Responsible for communicating any system changes to the CRM community.
  • Responsible for maintaining the available Profiles in the CRM.
  • Support Global CRM Development Manager and the team in managing their projects and scope.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Actively support CRM Key Users with up-to-date knowledge of the CRM way-of-working;
  • Set in place communication channels for the CRM Key Users to send and receive news and feedback from the CRM Community, while acting as a moderator on the selected forums;
  • Develop a framework for the CRM Key User role (who, what, when, how);
  • Establish guidelines for the CRM Key User (what to do, and when), including a CRM Key User Mandate Request feedback from CRM Key Users on system improvement/development ideas from the users, and maintain a report on each item (to be reviewed monthly within the CRM Development Team meeting);
  • Assist in driving identified improvement tasks, and lead the projects to completion;
  • Maintain, continuously update and improve own understanding of the system, and future possibilities of CRM;
  • Assist with CRM system development and testing;
  • Liaise and consult with Global CRM Development Manager on identified CRM training requirements;
  • Coordinate all CRM Training requirements identified within Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions;
  • Create and maintain a CRM Training Requirement Matrix for the CRM Key Users, and ensure that the appropriate CRM training is completed and participation documented;
  • Deliver focused training modules where identified in training matrix;
  • Schedule and administer CRM Training webinars (open for all) on general CRM topics, invite subject matter experts to participate in performing the training when required;
  • Develop any missing CRM Training Modules together with identified subject matter experts;
  • Establish CRM Key User Policy (framework);
  • Define the CRM Key User role description, including details on which specific tasks are allowed to be performed by the CRM Key Users, and which tasks require prior approval from the CRM Development Management Team;
  • Analyze the CRM roles and profile structures to ensure that CRM access is in line with policies on restricted information, and ensure that all required changes are completed;
  • Create and maintain a guideline on the creation process of CRM Roles and Profiles, including information on appropriate approval.
