Junior Brand Manager

Main accountabilities:

  • Execute brand plan - implement key actions to deliver 1YP objectives (brand health, market share, profitability);
  • Participate in development of local campaigns / customization of global - participate in creation of ongoing conversations, ads and other marketing materials .
  • Close cooperation with external marketing agencies in regards to BTL activities, creative/design developments, POSM/digital communication;
  • Track and analyze brand performance - closely monitor all brand performance KPIs, understand indepth drivers behind each of them (pricing, distribution, category performance, competitive activities - innovations, media presence, etc.);
  • Drive execution of key brand activities (including innovations) - ensure brand plans are properly executed to reach the end target (consumer promotions, sales promotions, instore visibility, KA listings, etc.). Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, PPM and Production departments in order to insure proper business case and launch execution;
  • Track brand P&L - indepth understanding of Brand profitability performance and its key drivers.

Requirements:

  • University Degree, education in Marketing is an advantage;
  • Proven ability to partner with peers to drive the business goals, act effectively in a team
  • 1-1,5 years brand management experience in FMCG;
  • Experience of the Russian market & consumers;
  • Experience in media (traditional & digital strategy /activations);
  • Open-minded, high adaptability & flexibility, analytical skills;
  • Fluent English
