Marketing Specialist CIS

Scope of Work:

• Leading invoicing & signage of documents with marketing suppliers (across 5 countries: Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia).
• Leading the contracting & payments with marketing suppliers (across all 5 countries). Controlling & reporting of documents workflow status Management of requesting & releasing of “Purchase Orders” according to monthly A&CP expenditures (across all 5 countries).
• Issuance of Usage right on Commercial Programs from the lead market (across all 5 countries). Controlling of A&CP expenditure according to proposed plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in local or foreign university, Major in “Finance” or “Marketing” can be a good asset.
• English – Upper intermediate/Fluent, Russian – Fluent. 
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strategic thinker, while possessing ability of being conscious about importance of focus on “execution” and “hands-on” approach.

• Possessing ability of “storytelling”

Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:

• Possibility of signing all marketing documents for export markets on behalf of Kimberly-Clark Russia LLC by the marketing department (according to audit requirements).
• Timely processing, control and submission of documents of increased volume for all 5 countries.
• Elimination of delays in payments to counterparties.
