Junior Marketing Manager

What will you do:

• The main area of responsibility: applying to various rating competitions approximately 5 times a year, and preparing all the needed materials.
• You will need to prepare and analyze more than 100 pages and prepare data in Russian and English for different international ratings.
• Deal with documents, contracts, fill in client forms, communicate with raters.
• Communicate with colleagues-lawyers to work on the documents together.
• You will be digesting the information down, rephrasing and structuring it, categorizing, filling in forms, adding links and references to make the information easy to understand and read.
• Coordinate marketing activities. You will be monitoring all the projects and activities that are held in O2 Consulting.
• Posting news in both Russian and English languages on social media platforms of the company as well as on other platforms such as legal communities.

Requirements:

• Native and excellent Russian language.
• Proficiency in written English - you will be writing posts and ratings in English. We expect you to have a minimum of Advanced level.
• Excellent communication skills – you formulate your ideas clearly both in Russian and English.
• Proficiency in Excel, ability to work with a lot of data and texts.
• Ability to cope with a large amount of routine work with pleasure.
• Diligence - you are able to follow the company’s structured processes.
• Structured thinking, knowledge of programs that help to systemize the data.
• Organizing skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time efficiently and don't want any minute to go to waste.
• Proactivity and initiative – we expect you to be a person with many ideas, suggesting and arguing for them.
• Independence and self-reliance: you can make decisions & ask for relevant info on your own without being constantly supervised.
• Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about spelling/spacings/colors/texts/fonts/labels, proofreads, and checks for mistakes of others.

Nice-to-have:

• Marketing / journalism / SMM experience is a plus.

• Full-time employment (10:00-19:00 Moscow time, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only recent graduates and senior last-year students if they are 100% sure they can devote 40 hours per week to a serious job.
