Marketing Intern (in Vilnius)

What will you learn

• Marketing analysis, SWOT review and competitive review of the marketplace
• Coordination of marketing campaigns, writing project briefs and creating assets with agencies
• Working with outside agencies to conduct marketing campaigns
• Competitors' assessment and review of marketing campaigns
• Collecting data and reporting on campaign performance

What skills are we looking for

• 3rd or 4th year student of Business, Management, Marketing, or related studies
• Good English language skills
• Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Good working abilities with all parts of MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines, gather data and report on KPI metrics to make assessments of campaigns
• Ability to take ownership of projects assigned

What additional skills will help you stand out

• Ability to work full-time
• Russian language is nice to know
• Completed work in marketing related or business coursework with an emphasis in digital media, social media and business marketing for direct for consumer products (D2C)
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or other design software
• Experience with JIRA or other project management software
• 6-month paid internship program
• Preference will be given to candidates who can work full-time and are ready and able to join us in the Vilnius studio at least a couple times per week and eligible to work in the Republic of Lithuania (EU nationals and holders of a valid work/student visa)
