Junior Legal & Compliance Specialist

About the role:

• We are currently looking for JUNIOR LEGAL & COMPLIANCE SPESHIALIST to join the team.

Tasks:

• Analysis of legislation and judicial practice;
• Key user for CorA and DocuSign (training of employees, technical registration of access, preparation of instructions and communications, resolution of issues);
• Preparation of powers of attorney, maintaining a register of powers of attorney, etc;
• Coordination of donation agreements and events;
• Work with corporate documents (preparation of the participant, consulting employees, other organizational tasks);
• Updating of contract templates;
• Ordering translations;
• Communication with a notary (ordering copies and other services at the request of employees);
• Updating of internal policies and procedures;
• Conducting a thorough check of counterparties (including ABAC check);
• Participation in the annual spot checks;
• Drafting claims based on promotional materials of other pharmaceutical companies;
• Reporting of events (manual reporting from Atlant, adding ideological organizers).

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• Experience in the consulting / pharmaceutical industry;
• Compliance internship experience;
• Experience in translating policies
• English – Upper-Intermediate;
• Good PC skills and standard Microsoft Office software knowledge.
