Data Integration Lead

Description:

• Mars Pet Nutrition Russia is looking for a Data Integration Lead who will design, develop and maintain data infrastructures to redistribute, collect and centralize data from across company platforms.

You will do:

• Direct Data Engineering's overall architecture and approach to data solutions
• High level design of integrations between systems or the between various sources and the data warehouse
• Define and build data integration processes to be used across the organization. Define ETL framework, methods, guidelines and principles. Apply subject matter expertise to make improvements and recommendations for change then implement said changes
• Ensure integrity and manage the change control process of the ETL code repository. Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code
• Collaborate with source system technical owners, BI Architect, and Azure resources to create data stream solutions to move data from on premise and cloud-based system to the data lake and data warehouse environment
• Create data flow blueprints that illustrate how information flows to create ETL processes

• Provide Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) solutions and support by leveraging project standards and leading analytics platforms. Evaluate and define functional requirements for BI and DW solutions

We expect:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and building large applications utilizing SQL Server
• Solid understanding of Azure DW, Azure SQL database, Microsoft SQL Server and other Data base technologies including knowledge of physical/cloud database design
• 2+ years experience working in a cloud computing with Azure experience required
• Past programming experience and a demonstrated interest in statistical analysis, informatics, analytics, and business intelligence
• Minimum of 3+ years experience managing people
• Experience with Hadoop-based technologies (HDInsight, Spark, Hive, Pig, Scala, etc.)
• Experience with ML platform such as Azure ML studio
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Scala, Java
• Extensive experience with Azure data movement and transformation capabilities (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Analytics, Data Bricks, Stream Analytics)
• Upper Intermediate or fluent English (spoken and written)
