What You'll Do

• Jointly develop a plan for strategic growth of your accounts and execute it;
• Be responsible for partners engagement, adoption and growth with a proactive approach;
• Thrive to develop strong partnerships, get to know partners goals, job to be done, and help them succeed;
• Work a lot with analytics;
• Identify regular partner's struggles and offer your expertise to overcome them;
• Advocating partners ideas and feedback to the team inside, which are required for partners growth and retention;
• Maintain high partners satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Need To Succeed

• be a proactive person and passionate about Customer Success;
• 2+ of Customer Success experience or other customer service role in SaaS;
• have experience with building customer health scores triggers, predicting churn, forecasting expansion;
• high attention to detail and ability to design an organized onboarding plan and schedule for new clients;
• have a previous record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention goals in a rapid growth environment;
• ability to multi-task, show stable performance, reach personal KPI target and work in a team;
• ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members;
• aspiration to change, grow and develop fast together along with the company;
• be fluent in English and Russian, third language is a plus.
