Key Responsibilities

  • In your new role you will be a part of dynamic and high-performing organization in the sales department, responsible for digital trade marketing in key online channels, driving demand and growing active consumer base across brand, trade and digital marketing from planning and executional perspective.
  • Development and implementation of trade marketing activities in online channels, using various mechanics of customer activation, big data;
  • Providing a process for consistently improving the efficiency of activities through collection and analysis for evaluation;
  • Design and implement testing of various alternatives to replace traditional price promo;
  • Digital performance campaign management, reporting and analysis;
  • Taking part in digital promo planning and implementation;
  • Traffic performance analysis and optimization;
  • Negotiation with key partners;
  • Investments analysis and ROI;
  • Document work flow.

Professional Attribute

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing area;
  • Deep understanding about online shopper journey;
  • Knowledge of analytics systems Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica;
  • Knowledge of the main financial indicators for assessing the effectiveness of instruments and partners, consumer typologies and channel profiles;
  • Strong communication skills, logical thinking, the ability to reasonably defend their position;
  • Fluent communication in English.
