Intern (Accounting)

Description:

• BMW Group Russia is looking for a responsible, accurate and diligent student to join our Accounting team for a period up to 12 months as in intern.
• As an intern you will support accounting group in different administrative tasks.

Your main accountabilities will be as follows:

• Work with primary documents;
• Uploading and processing payment orders to the bank;
• Posting accounting entries to SAP;
• Posting invoices;
• Work with archive;
• Systematizing accounting documents;
• Working on e-Archive system;
• Prepare / provide the documentation upon request.

Required skills and competencies:

• 3rd - 5th year student (with the graduation year 2022 - 2024), preferably in economics;
• Advanced PC user; good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• English - intermediate;
• Willingness and ability to work with the large volume of information / documentation;
• Ability to work 30h per week.
