Junior Legal Counsel

About the role:

• Bellerage Alinga is a Company providing its clients with a wide range of outsourcing, consulting and auditing solutions in Europe, US and Asia markets. Price-Quality Leader in Accounting and Legal Outsourcing.
• Because we are currently expanding on the Russian market we are looking for an ambitious and active candidates who are interested in development of their career and professional skills in our Legal Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on various issues of Russian commercial, corporate and labor law
• Preparation and analysis of commercial contracts
• Participating in due diligences
• Representation of clients in pre-trial dispute resolution procedures, as well as in litigation on commercial, corporate and labor matters

Requirements:

• Higher education in legal (you could be also a final year student with 1-2 years of relevant working experience)
• Good knowledge of Russian corporate, commercial and labor law
• Excellent oral and written communications in English, including legal terminology
• Experience with international consulting legal firm will be a plus
• Perfect analytical skills
• Organised and proactive with a high attention to details
