Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for various positions (Sales, Marketing & Back Office);
• Maintaining 10+ vacancies at the same time;
• Search for candidates in all sources, proactive hunting;
• Building partnerships with hiring managers: be able to tell about the market, the specifics of the search;
• Processing candidates at all stages of interviews prior to employment;
• Participation in various Employer Brand activities;
• Participation in market analysis projects, as well as global recruitment projects.

Qualifications

• Higher education;
• Effective communication skills;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Understands where and how to look for candidates;
• Actively uses all the new tools for finding candidates;
• Can independently manage the selection process;
• Knows English at a level not lower than intermediate;
