Product Manager (Oncology)

Responsibilities

• This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following;
• Drive cross-functional & above-country teams to enable upcoming launches : implement & lead launch plans to ensure timely registration and pre-launch activities;
• Development and implementation of the brand strategies, brand plans and new brand initiatives;
• Lead brand forecasting process in line with corporate timetable, work with Demand Planners to ensure proper long-term forecast;
• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results;
• Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required meeting business objectives;
• Effective project leadership and project management. Proactive participation in cross-functional project teamwork;
• Ensure full compliance with the country and company legislation and regulation requirement;
• Reach sales, financial and MS objectives in respect of approved investments;
• Full accountability for brand and delivery of all initiatives related to it.

Why you

• Leadership experience managing complex projects with matrix teams, overlapping priorities & short deadlines;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry not less than 6 years;
• More than 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager in state market segment is a must;
• Experience in oncology or rare disease is a must;
• Higher education is a must. Pharmaceutical degree will be an advantage;
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen;
• Strategic thinking – strong business and customer focus;
• Good business/marketing acumen and analytical skills;
• Learning agility;
• Excellent analytical & presentation skills;
• Advanced English, fluent Russian;
