Web Content Coordinator

About the role:

• Web content manager will be working closely alongside the local market ecommerce teams and the Global Product Marketing teams to facilitate content creation for new web projects, website updates and changes.This role will also be responsible for ensuring content on the website is up to date and correct at all times.

What you will do:

• Work with business stakeholders involved in web content creation at Kaspersky to gather relevant and accurate content to enable the web design process.
• Take an active part in the web design process to ensure content structures that will support localization and specific market needs are considered when new designs are being created.
• Ensure that content is presented in workable formats to enable both the translation and content publishing processes, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Work closely with the translation team to ensure correct content is delivered on time within project deadlines, and work with translation team to ensure an efficient translation review process with language specialists.

What you will need:

• Completed degree (BS, BA, MSc, MA, PhD) in a relevant field (marketing, linguistics, communications)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web content management or website management experience
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) to manage websites or blogs
• Experience in ecommerce and marketing websites a major plus
• Eglish level: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
• Additional language skills are a big plus
• Functional knowledge and skills:
• In-depth understanding of Web Content Management
• Understanding of digital marketing, with an emphasis on content
• Good understanding of web design practices and the role of content within the design process
• Business expertise:
• Knowledge and exposure to supporting sales & marketing teams
• Project Management or Analyst skills and experience - highly organized, able to deliver multiple projects
• Personal Skills:
• Attention to detail is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communications, with ability to collaborate with all levels across varied functional areas including marketing, creative, and technology
