Lead BI Analyst (to Prague or Tallinn)

• Please note: the position is open for a person who will be ready to relocate from Russia to our Prague or Tallinn offices, within 3-6 months after employment commences in our St Petersburg office OR Russia (remote). Visa and relocation packaged are offered to successful candidates.

• Role overview
• We are looking for a Lead BI Analyst to join our multi-functional SCRUM team and help us change and improve the way people work. You will own data models and report templates for the thousands of Wrike customers, focusing on one of the top priority areas of our product, which is called Wrike Analyze.
• Wrike Analyze enables teams to run advanced analytics to capture impactful insights from their data. Wrike Analyze allows our customers to build customizable and visually appealing dashboards to help teams perform their best. Wrike Analyze is a versatile reporting platform with functions to build dashboards on almost any process and foster a data-driven culture at any company.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of BI reporting templates and data model of products (Wrike Analyze, BI export, and other internal tools)
• Gathering business requirements from different partners (PMs or customers)
• Structure and performance scalability planning
• Models/reports development, testing, and further optimization
• Creation of related documentation
• Customer community support by resolving different requests and issues
• External/internal consulting and standard methodologies creation

Basic Qualifications:

• Solid experience in BI domain: data architecture and management, analytics, and reporting
• Good knowledge of SQL & databases
• Strong expertise in data visualization
• Extensive knowledge of BI tools
• English language skills at upper intermediate level (or better)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Math or Computer Science/Engineering
• Understanding SQL query optimization and database management
• Knowledge of Tableau or Sisense
• Project management software knowledge
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and process management skills
• Communicative and friendly, a solid team player ready to learn
