Your Role
- Constantly look for online business growth opportunities and identifies priorities in respective e-com players
- Manage e-com cross functional resources and capabilities from Marketing / Supply Chain / Digital / Category Management
- Bring e-com expertise to organization from internal and external sources
- Sales and budget forecasting (P&L)
- Sales and financial target fulfilment
- Manage eAssortment, Placement incl. e-com Media, Promotion, Pricing
- Manage document workflow, text of agreements preparation, control signing process
- Prepare specifications for price increases and promo-activities
- Participate in meetings with clients, implement agreements
- Prepare presentation and analysis for business reviews with clients and for TOP management
- Answer consumer questions and resolve issues appeared on marketplaces
Your Skills
- University degree: Economics, Marketing or Management is an advantage
- 2+ years experience FMCG or Retail Digital marketing experience could be an advantage
- Understanding how eRetailers, marketplaces and delivery services work (Wildberries, Ozon, Utkonos, VkusVill, Sbermarket, Samokat etc.)
- English: Intermediate (spoken, written)
- Analytical skills and critical thinking Advanced user of Excel, Power Point
- Strong presentation, selling and negotiations skills
- Project management skills
