Junior Lawyer

About the company:

• Target Global, an international venture capital fund, is looking for interns and junior lawyers in our General, Funds and Co-Investment divisions of the Legal department. Our firm is actively growing – during the last year we doubled our assets under management (AuM) and are planning to hit $20bn in the coming years.
• We are looking for a Legal Trainee / Junior Lawyer.

Requirements:

• Fluent English, both spoken and written 
• Perfect reasoning skills, ability to communicate and present information clearly, concisely and concretely
• Experience (from one year) in an international law firm would be an advantage 
• Good knowledge of corporate and contract law, basic understanding of English law concepts would be an advantage 
• Initiative and out-of-the-box approach 
• Advanced communication and soft skills
• Commitment to learn and grow
