You Will Be Expected To

  • Come up with a widespread (vs campus-specific) learning & development and/or career-oriented initiative to boost Consideration among university students. You will need to get acquainted with P&G Attraction & Sourcing data, analyze prime prospects’ needs and behavior, study the best market practices in the area of Employer Branding
  • Assess the effectiveness of P&G’s current social media strategy in Eastern Europe and identify potential improvement areas. Analyze market trends, target audience behavior in social media as well as the best practices of competitors
  • Make a national round of P&G CEO Challenge global case competition a success despite a fully virtual delivery format. Customize the generic European agenda to meet local market needs, engage and brief all the required stakeholders, such as mentors, juries, master class presenters, etc
  • Hold a ‘1-Day Job Offer’ event for commercial functions resulting in the forecasted number of hires. You will need to cooperate with HR Business Partners to determine the volume of hiring needs, talent profiles and with an Employer Branding agency to hold a superior marketing campaign generating a sufficient number of applications
  • Assess the usefulness of the P&G local onboarding program for new hires and suggest improvements. You will need to get acquainted with the existing structure and content of the onboarding program, collect feedback from participants, and study what is available in other markets

Qualifications

  • 3+ year students and up to 2 years since graduation
  • Passion for working with students and fresh graduates
  • Experience in participating in local and/or international student organizations (e.g., AIESEC) will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
  • A VPN is required to respond to a vacancy
