Junior Lawyer

Tasks

• Take part in developing Huawei CBG(Consumer BG) documents, ensure timely signing and keeping original copies;
• Doing legal researches as required by senior lawyer;
• Preparing legal memos on civil, antimonopoly, corporate and other areas of law;
• Disputes resolution: handling consumer claim letters, assistance in litigation procedures etc.;
• Preparing compliance training materials;
• Assisting lawyer's team on various issues.

The successful candidate will have

• Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
• Profound knowledge of local civil law, corporate law, legal practice;
• Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Consultant +, GUARANT).
