Financial and Internal Сontroller

To get a grasp of your first 6 months:

• Participation in corporate monthly financial closing and monthly validation of differences between corporate system and locals, including Intragroup reconciliation
• Manage efficiency improvements of financial control in Ukraine
• Participation in internal control procedures development
• Assist Tax & Accounting teams in the automation of processes

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial processes
• Analyze inefficiencies in financial and accounting processes, propose and implement solutions
• Conduct internal control level reviews
• Be financial safeguard

Your qualifications:

• You master Excel, which you can use for analysis of any data stream. You understand how to optimize and automate data crunching processes
• Knowledge of RAS, UAS is mandatory, IFRS understanding
• Appetite for automation projects
• You have had experience in or you have interest in the internal control process and risk management systems (you are familiar with such concepts as segregation of duties or Disaster recovery plan)
• You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, you enjoy sharing & learning from others and you are a team-player
• You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
• You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English
• Nice to have: knowledge or experience of working with Brazil and/or Poland is a nice plus
