Tasks:

  • Drive OREO growth ambition in Russia by building a new holistic strategic approach on brand portfolio, communication and activation
  • Develop strong annual brand plans based on strategy (NPD/Activation/Communication) & flawless execution for P&L delivery with a monthly/quarterly and annual horizon
  • Develop winning 360 campaigns, including ATL, BTL, Digital, Influencers, offtake boosting tools
  • Execute superior consumer and customer activations based on agreed brand strategy
  • Manage media strategy and flowchart adjustments to grow ROI
  • Track business performance on a monthly basis and drive profitable growth in close collaboration with trade marketing
  • Be accountable for brand P&L and its relevant profit levers across trade channels
  • Monitor competition and brand performance vs plan, translating analysis into opportunities and actions
  • Internal reporting and other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • University degree in Economics, Marketing
  • Advanced level of English
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in multinational FMCGs in Brand Marketing
  • Out-of-the box thinking and creative effectiveness
  • Business acumen and commercialization process owning
  • Executive communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Russian retail landscape
  • Influential power

Experienced in:

  • P&L management and financial problem solving
  • Consumer insights translation into strategy
  • Brand equity management
  • Portfolio strategy building and innovation management
  • Media mix planning
