Lead Product Designer

You Will:

• Cover all aspects of UX/UI design, reporting to the product owner
• Translate high-level product and business strategies into clear product design roadmap and deliverables
• Design according to an iterative process in a continuous deployment model
• Conduct extensive A/B testing of design iterations as part of the iterative process
• Contribute to the creation of an overall design system

You Know:

• User-centred design process - starting from user needs, and frequent testing of prototypes with users to validate concepts
• How to use complex DAW or audio editing software
• How to play a musical instrument (Nice to have)

You Have:

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Experience working on audio or music creation or editing services
• A strong web design background
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• In depth experience in music and audio
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Branding and illustration experience (nice to have)
• This role won't include frontend development, but some CSS experience (or at least thorough understanding of best practices of designing for the web) desirable to be able to communicate with devs
