Senior Specialist, Digital Localisation (Russian)

Responsibilities

  • Experience executing digital programs to drive traffic and conversion, supported by tracking and reporting
  • Strong data-driven decision making with the ability to articulate issues and opportunities to regional marketing teams and the wider digital team

  • You’ll represent your local market’s unique growth and retention opportunities
  • You will bring local market language and customer expertise to support local site/experience and social channel optimization to drive sales, awareness, retention and engagement with the company’s products and data
  • Coordinate the local market digital experiences in Russian, including the performance and optimisation of refinitiv.ru and other digital channels
  • Drive quality leads for LSEG’s products and data and raise awareness of LSEG’s thought leadership in the local market
  • Validate and optimise central site translation, messaging and images, as well as video relevance for the Russian local market
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and optimise new or existing pages on the website, ensuring the overall site experience is optimised. Identify and surface new site capabilities to continually improve the site experience and user journeys
  • Partner with local marketing teams to support campaign motions with relevant local site/social experiences. Coordinate digital testing in your local market to identify the optimal digital approach
  • Keep current with latest digital marketing trends and technology
  • Partner with the Digital Performance Team and local agencies to ensure the site is optimised for lead generation, digital sales and SEO

About You

  • You are fluent in Russian and English and have 3 or more years of digital marketing experience
  • You have a working knowledge of the full digital marketing mix, including search (paid and natural), testing/personalisation, analytics and reporting, and excellent stakeholder management
  • You’ll have expertise leveraging digital tools and at least one Content Management System, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
  • You’ll have a keen eye for detail and strong language skills which enable you to copy edit and proof-read content to a high standard
  • You have experience with best practice web experience and user journeys
  • Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud, content management systems, web analytics and social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter), is a plus
  • Highly developed organizational skills required to handle multiple, ongoing projects
  • A VPN is required to respond to a vacancy
