Responsibilities:​​​​​

  • Accountability for Sellers launch on AliExpress / Tmall from first contact to first sale
  • Design and implement a strategic Seller acquisition plan that expands platform’s seller base and ensure timely launches
  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
  • Participation in working groups and negotiations with local and international industry leading sellers
  • Autonomous project management for seller launch and pipeline with weekly follow-up
  • Understand, present and manage all seller launch and further sell-related processes including Operations, Accounting, Legal, CRM, etc.
  • Serve as the link of communication between sellers, Technical partners and internal teams
  • Close cooperation with Technical partners with ability to recommend most convenient, experienced and fast for each concrete seller case
  • Identify existing and emerging market leaders and market shifts while being fully aware of sellers’ marketplace/e-commerce strategy and competition status

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of e-commerce model
  • Deep knowledge of FMCG/Beauty market
  • Fluent English
  • Experience attracting new federal clients from scratch
