Role responsibility

  • This is an advisory role to the country general manger and carries the responsibility for accurate business tracking, timely review of sales KPIs and governance of the business management system in place with the leadership team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the market leader, establish and maintain clean operational processes
  • Business analytics on a set of standardised indicators
  • Respond to any ad-hoc request from the Management around Finance, Sales and Business Partners performance
  • Have close & frequent relationship with: Regional sales Director, Country General manager, Country Sales teams, Supply chain teams, Finance
  • Act as the primary contact point for sales teams and business partners for all sales operation issues and proactively escalate problem solving (credit release & AR, orders status tracking, on-time delivery, problems with customs clearance, Context/LPOS related issues etc.)
  • Improve accuracy and reliability of business partners data in Lenovo systems by timely update of actual customers’ data in Lenovo systems (creation of new sold-to/ship-to; changes in bill-to/sold-to/ship-to; make according changes/mappings in LPOS/Context tools)
  • Administrate contracts with direct partners (monitor of expiration date, escalate amendments signing about changed contract’s terms and conditions etc.)
  • Communicate with Russia sales operations colleagues on implementation of new processes/procedures/systems/tools for more efficient business operation
  • ​Initiate and lead the solving of urgent business issues with involvement of World Wide teams and top management
  • Participate in external meetings with top management of Russian Business Partners and carriers
  • Participate in the regional business meetings, EMEA projects, communication on top management level, study best practice of other regions to be applied in EECA

Position requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations and working with analytical models (preferably in the IT industry)
  • Good Problem solving & analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to details and an organized approach
