Export Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in the process of drawing up annual Brand plans for the assigned countries;
• Take part in the company's annual planning process;
• Participate in the development of a brand promotion strategy through channels, as well as a sales strategy for the assigned region as part of the annual planning process;
• Take part in evaluation of effectiveness of marketing activities in the assigned region;
• Participate in the development, planning and implementation of all marketing activities developed by the export marketing department;
• Take part in the preparation of materials (presentations) on the activities of the entrusted region including tactical activities on the regional level and global activities developed by the export marketing department: evaluation of results (including financial and quantitative KPIs);
• Participate in the development of an assessment system for marketing activities for local markets, taking into account their specifics;
• Preparation of different reports.

Requirements

• Working experience in marketing\trade marketing in alcohol or other FMCG companies will be an advantage;
• Understanding the principles of digital activations;
• Effective communication & negotiation skills, result orientation & responsibility;
• English level not lower than upper-Intermediate.
