Junior IT Specialist

Your core responsibilities will be the following

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of the system
• Install, test, and qualify regular releases of the corporate MES
• Incident management: perform Level 1 technical support with escalation to technical support Level 2-4 if/when it is needed
• Change request management

Also, you will be involved in other digitization projects requiring

• Simple process automatization leveraging company-approved solutions (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc)
• Support of developed solutions
• Help in the delivery of end-user training

Qualifications

• Higher education degree, preferably in the IT-related field
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (Intermediate or higher level)
• Nice to have (optional): understanding of the basics of databases, ability to write SQL queries, experience in working with one of the programming languages, knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
