Profit Growth Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leading multifunctional teams working on profit-generating projects (including IT, Finance, Analytics, etc)
  • Leading workshops with Sales Customer teams and generating insights on effective promotion budget allocation
  • Development and adoption of advanced promotion analytics tools
  • Building, improvement, and integration of analytical/reporting systems and further training of Sales teams
  • Providing vision on the trade budget management system improvement/simplification with its further implementation

Qualifications

  • Higher education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement)
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • 5+ years of experience in Food/FMCG international companies: Trade Marketing; Commercial Operations; Sales experience with key national retailers is an advantage
  • Budget management and promotion analytics experience
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office)

Beneficial skills

  • Experience in building RGM (revenue growth management) capabilities
  • Experience in working with big data and big data analytics
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, Python
