Responsibilities
- Leading multifunctional teams working on profit-generating projects (including IT, Finance, Analytics, etc)
- Leading workshops with Sales Customer teams and generating insights on effective promotion budget allocation
- Development and adoption of advanced promotion analytics tools
- Building, improvement, and integration of analytical/reporting systems and further training of Sales teams
- Providing vision on the trade budget management system improvement/simplification with its further implementation

Qualifications
- Higher education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement)
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- 5+ years of experience in Food/FMCG international companies: Trade Marketing; Commercial Operations; Sales experience with key national retailers is an advantage
- Budget management and promotion analytics experience
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced PC user (MS Office)
Beneficial skills
- Experience in building RGM (revenue growth management) capabilities
- Experience in working with big data and big data analytics
- Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, Python
