Responsibilities:
- Drive promotion and operation strategy according to Russian consumer habits; Lead big promotion events such as 11.11 and Black Friday and Brand Days;
- Develop the different promotions strategy and innovative projects for regional market;
- Develop and drive a coordinated promotion efforts to complete business targets, with close engagement with category team;
- Leverage and integrate existing relationships to drive compressive strategies, including branding communication, new digital media promotion, internal resources, products merchandising and etc;
- Summarize and analyze projects, optimize the process of promotion campaign landing, improve efficiency of project execution with product thinking;
- Contribute to the adoption of sharing the analysis of marketing cases across internal team.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of relevant work experience in E-commerce, online marketing or promotion management;
- Experienced in internal/online trade marketing e-commerce, strong understanding of e-commerce market;
- Ability to drive promotion/trade-marketing campaigns independently and experience in project management;
- Deep analytical abilities with data, strong learning ability and handling stress ability are needed;
- Good level of English
