Goals:
- Deliver Digital Marketing campaign execution OTIF
- Drive share of identified transactions through maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of Digital Marketing campaigns
- Together with Agency develop and implement “best in class” creatives for Digital Marketing campaigns to drive new users
- Define most effective communication channels/touchpoints for different user segments
- Develop communication strategy with McD App Users considering variety of communication channel mix and user segments
- Together with Agency develop “best in class” creatives to communicate with segmented CRM via Digital Marketing campaignsp
- Grow MAU (Monthly Active Users) and MAC (Monthly Active Customers) via customer engagement level improvement using effective marketing mix
- Drive Digital Guest Count and Sales through App via Effective Marketing Campaigns
Objectives:
- Develop and implement marketing campaign for Digital promo offers
- Align Digital promo offers with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Legal, Supply Chain)
- Develop “best in class” creatives for Digital Marketing campaigns together with Agency
- Develop communication plan for each segment considering most effective touchpoints/communication channels
- Together with Agency create and review communication messages to consumers to drive offer usage (email, push, sms etc)
- Maintain actual communication in owned (site, app) and earned (social nets) channels in-line with brand guides
- Develop most effective tactics/mechanics to improve customer retention rate
- Together with Media manager plan and manage multi-channel (both owned and paid) marketing campaigns to improve retention and optimize spend
- Analyze media and conversion results of all communication channels and implement best practices to improve retention
Skills:
- Education: min Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field
- Proven track of record in Digital Marketing with 3-6 years – Omni-channel experience is a plus
- Experience in Mobile Application management/development (FMCG/Retail/e-commerce)
- Good knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
- Business oriented
- Project management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- English – fluent (regular presentations on English for top-management)
