Digital Management Trainee (Corporate Digital)

• L’Oréal Management Trainee Program is 12 months of full time employee responsibilities and a chance to become a junior specialist in brand or digital marketing. We have over 27 famous brands in Russia that are looking for future business disrupters to be a part of product launches, digital activations and market analysis. Expect to manage your own projects and present your own insights and results to our senior management.
• You will have three rotations in corporate digital.

Your Background:

• Not less than 6 month of internship or working experience in digital/analytics
• Fluent English
• Ready to work full-time
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.) and manipulating data sets in SQL.
• Proficiency in Excel (Macros creation experience, formulas usage etc.),
• Experience with Google Analytics, SimilarWeb,
• Passion for quantitative analysis, forecasting for user behavior,
• Experience building and automating reporting dashboards, as well as compiling C-level presentations.
• Ability to translate business problems into analysis frameworks and translate analysis results back into business recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable presenting to audiences of various levels and backgrounds (commercial/technical).
